Acne on the back (somebody called bacne) is what we do not want to face it. And we never know why it happens or what can we do to fix this problem.
What causes back acne is a question that might be popped up on your mind sometimes.
To understand why you have bacne, you need to think of the whole body. The skin covers your body overall that’s why you have the pores all over the body. These pores help your body cleanse themselves from the inside-out to get rid of toxins in the form of sweat. Supposing the pores which locate on your back have been blocked by sebum or dead skin cells, the sweat cannot move through the pores properly then the pores inflamed.
It causes acne or pimples on your back.
Here are some of the possible causes of back acne:
1. Irritation on your skin
Back acne and other type of acne commonly occur when the skin is aggravated from external factors such as dirt, sunlight, sweat, skin care products, and more. For example, we tend to think commonly that the products like soap and other body washes would be good for the skin. The problem is some of these products tend to contain some active chemical ingredients that may irritate the skin. Some products can make the skin dry because of the pH values high. You should not look for soap which they have a good smell or a looking good. That is means they are not always suitable for your skin. You should choose herbal soaps or natural soaps instead.
The active herbal ingredients of the natural soaps would be beneficial to your skin in the long run. In addition, supposing you have thick hair on your back and need to clear it up, you need to wax your hair back instead of shaving it off in order to reduce the irritation on your back area. And then you have to make sure you wash your back thoroughly because the wax can block the pores.
So you should always be gentle with your back.
2. Hormonal imbalance
When you let things affect yourself too much, your brain will send some signals to the body. These signals tell the body that you are having a lot of stress, and then your body releases some of the hormones in the blood circulation to protect itself. That is the same
hormones which cause the outbreak of acne or pimples during puberty. These hormones are released by your body when you have the stress. Whenever you feel tense,
you should take a break or meditation in order to make your mind calm down. You have to do whatever you need (in the right way) to get rid of stress and you will see the better results happen on your skin.
